The ratio of essential oil in our products is formulated well below skin-safe percentages, and they are only included for their skin-nourishing properties and benefits. We only use ingredients that already have a lot of data behind them. We don't use the "newest cutting-edge technology" because we don't think humans should be test subjects. It's risky because our products are straightforward and uncomplicated, making it hard to compete with companies who release "new advancements'' in skincare. But we think enough people out there want truly safe skincare formulated with time-tested, effective ingredients.
