What if I have an allergy to an ingredient?Updated 5 months ago

We recommend you do not use the products if you have a known allergy to an ingredient. If you have sensitive skin, please perform a patch test to ensure that your skin is compatible with a product before using.

All ingredient information is available on each product page for your convenience. You (the consumer) are responsible for reading each product's ingredients before purchasing and determining if the product is right for you.

Allergies to our products are not common. If you have been using a skincare line that contains synthetic ingredients before switching to our natural products, you may experience a ‘transition period’ called purging, in which the skin releases impurities that have built up from the use of these ingredients over time. These reactions are also uncommon, but if the reaction is severe, of course, please stop using the product.

If you have questions about allergies to ingredients, patch testing, or purging, see our FAQ sections on ingredients, patch testing instructions, and purging, respectively, and/or email us at [email protected] to get in contact with our esthetician!
