At Bambu Earth, each skincare container bears an open jar symbol on the back, indicating either 6M, 9M, or 12M. Our skincare products are crafted in small batches without synthetic preservatives and promptly shipped after production. Every item undergoes rigorous shelf-life stability testing to ensure both safety and efficacy. It's important to note that due to our commitment to using natural ingredients and avoiding synthetic preservatives, our products have a shorter shelf life than commercial skincare. Therefore, they are best enjoyed fresh and are not intended for prolonged storage on your bathroom shelf.

For this reason, each product contains a symbol paired with a certain number of months to indicate how long the product is safe to use after it’s been opened. For example, "6M" means you should use the product within 6 months of opening.

Here are some helpful tips to keep products long-lasting:

wash hands before handling your products

shake miscible products well before using

avoid touching the dropper stems

use a clean spatula to dispense products from jar/pod

take caution with glass on slippery/wet surfaces

ensure water does not come in contact with the formulations

If you have opened or used Bambu Earth skincare products that have been hanging out in your bathroom for over a year, it's probably time to start fresh.
