Can I use my membership credits for subscription orders?Updated 15 days ago

To do this, you'll generate a redeem code of the amount of credits you wish to use and apply it manually to the subscription.

To generate a code using your membership store credits, you'll log into your Bambu Earth account. Then, you'll find "Manage Membership" near the top of your screen. Here is what it would look like in desktop view:

Once in the Membership portal, you'll locate this section:

After you select "Get discount code", you'll be prompted to input the amount of credits you wish to use. Please keep in mind that credits apply only to the product cost, not tax or shipping. So when you're generating this discount code, you want to be sure to not exceed the amount that you will be charged for the product cost on your subscription order!

From there, you'll copy the discount code and then paste it in the discounts section on your subscription order. To do this, you'll go back and select "Manage Subscriptions" to enter the subscription portal. 

Then, you'll select "Manage Subscription" next to the desired subscription you want to apply the code to. Be sure to choose the correct subscription if you have multiple.

This redeem code is good for a one-time use, and will remove itself from your subscription once the next order is placed.
