Thank we for your inquiry. Membership credits are applicable only to product costs and cannot be applied to taxes or shipping fees. However, if you've accidentally completed a purchase without using your credits, we can assist you in honoring those credits post-purchase. Here's what we'll do:

  • The credit amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Please allow a specific date range for the refund to be processed.
  • Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
