How do I add more products to my subscription(s)?Updated 5 months ago

Adding a product to your existing subscription is easy! Here are the steps you'll take:

1.) Log in to your subscription account by using our passwordless login or log into your Bambu Earth account and select "Manage Subscriptions."

2.) Locate your active subscription or the subscription whose renewal frequency you want to add a product to.

- Each active subscription is separated based on order renewal frequency

If you have more than one subscription, you'll find separate tabs on the top of your subscription screen. Otherwise, it will be one singular tab.

3.) Then, you'll find a rotating section with products you can add to your subscription. You can "View all products" to make your selection or click the "+" button next to the product you are selecting and follow the prompts.
