How do I place a new subscription order?

In order to start a new subscription, you must place an order on our website. To place a subscription order, select "Subscribe and save 10%" when adding a product to your cart. Then check out as normal.

Yes. To add one-time products to any existing subscription, you will follow the instructions in our FAQ section, “How do I add more products to my subscription(s)?” and select “one-time product” instead of adding it as a subscription.

Yes. Once logged in, you will navigate to the bottom of the subscription page and locate the “Cancel Subscription” button. Then you are all set.

What is pausing my subscription?

Pausing a subscription guarantees that the renewal for a new order will not be processed within that time frame. You can pause a subscription by selecting “pause subscription” at the bottom of the screen of the active subscription you wish to change

I want to set up a subscription, but I am not ready for the first order of products. Can I delay the first order?

All orders placed on our website, subscription or not, cannot be delayed. Once the order processes, it gets placed in our queue and begins the processing phase.

Can I change the frequency when I am having a product(s) renewed?
