How do I cancel my membership?Updated a month ago

We love our membership program, but we completely understand that things change. We just hope to provide the best assistance that we can. Is there anything that we can do to help change your mind? Reach out to us at [email protected].

- To cancel your membership, log into your Bambu Earth account. https://bambuearth.com/account/login

- From there, you will select "Manage Membership."

- Once you are on your membership page, you will select "Cancel subscription."

- After that, you'll see a pop up saying that we’ve sent you an email for the cancellation.

- Once you've received this message, you just have to finalize the cancellation in your email.

*Memberships cannot be paused.
