If your tracking hasn’t updated in over 7 days or your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact the USPS (or applicable carrier) first to submit a lost package claim. The contact number for USPS is 1 (800) 275-8777.
If the USPS cannot locate the package, please contact us. We can provide a replacement or issue a refund when appropriate.
